In my territory there are few other companies with multiple reps out there. Of course, Forest dominates. In a single day, in just part of my territory, I might be sharing offices with two other Forest reps. We have a total of 7 reps now with the contract sales force. And our contract rep is not good. They came from another industry and pretty much just suck...big time. Anyway, multiple offices in our territory either have or are considering shutting down to reps. I believe in large part because Forest reps have to get so many signatures a day and see so many providers. we wind up flooding the offices that will let us in and we wear out our welcome. Combine that with smaller budgets and it's difficult to get into offices anymore. I feel like my job is more damage control in offices mixed with keeping corporate happy by playing a numbers game. I'm pretty frustrated and am wondering where this is all headed?
