Can you give a little insight on how Actavis handles severance. Are you forced to interview for a position with the company (or can you choose severance right off the bat). If you choose to interview, and are not hired, do you still get severance? If you are offered a spot (but say it is 3 states away), and decline, do you still get a severance? We are hearing rumblings that ACT will try to get out of paying severance. Any insight is helpful. Thank you!
