even though this is CP I dnt want to name names, but what is with Forests young managers..? Spoke to one, and it was like I was speaking to a friend at the bar about the position. NOT professional at all..cocky and just..well a major turn off. and why don't the like anyone with pharma or device exp..they seem to favor reps that have no industry exp. Something seems fishy here..?
 






sounds like Wisconsin, i swear they get these people from the local rent a car or ymca membership sales place. since when to pharma DMs sound like call center reps selling time warner? worst 3 years of my life.
 






Previous manager here.... They tell you they don't like to hire prior pharma or device because their ABD tells the RD which tells the DM that they are not allowed to hire prior pharma. Most reps with this company hate their managers but it is only because the managers are treated the same way... micro managed by scared to death RD's. If you have experience, don't bother working there.
 






If you have a good resume with solid work experience or education FRX is not for you. Most of upper management has college degrees in art with barely a 2.5 GPA. Why would they hire anyone who will figure out in a second they have no idea what they are doing. They hire people with low grades and little sales experience (they prefer no pharma). My new DM was promoted a few months ago. She is an anorexic drone who has no clue what being a manager is about. She only got the spot because she is always “available” if you know what I mean. I’m sure her husband would dump her bony ass and take the kid if he knew the truth. Everything that comes out of her mouth is so stupid but I play along because I figure in 6 months I have a shot at being RST.
