What a Dam Joke this company pays a ton of money to fly in a number of reps with a lot of talent and then hires a number of reps with know experience. The contract will be over before half of them wil be able to find the offices. On top of this it was by far the most unprofessional display that I have ever witnessed. HR Folks telling people in the hallway where every one could listen in they would not be hired. It is a complete joke and a lawsuit waiting to happen. I witnessed a number of very talented reps that been laid off get treated like complete dirt by the way no offense to new reps.

What surprises you, this is how Ventiv runs every interview.

When I walked out of the interview, I took a swipe at the fire extinguisher in frustration and split my hand. Must've been my New York state of mind.
