Forest Employee Survey

I really hope everyone answers this honestly. We haven't had a survey of any kind in years. We have a chance to have our opinion of management heard. Whether or not it makes a difference is irrelevant, we can only control our answers and our comments.

Be careful with the employee survey. Pfizer started that crap several years ago with the promise of honest, two-way communication. Things got worse, morale kept sinking, and they began chopping off blocks of people. Pfizer is in large part responsible for shaping the roles reps have played and they have done a piss poor job of it.

Hey, I am no longer with the company. But I left because of my manager. I wrote in my exit interview pleading that they do a 360 review of management because they will see what really is on the minds of the Reps. I hope it had some impact on the decision to do this. Can you enlighten me about the Survey? What was the explaination? Did they send out a memo? or did they just send an email with instructions.

Thanks!

No explanation, just email w/instructions. But here's what I find interesting...at the end of the survey you can sign up to participate in other surveys...just enter your email. Hmmmm, well wouldn't that mean they can trace the survey back to you? I didn't answer honestly because I don't think this company has an honest bone it it's body. I think people who express disastifaction on the survey will soon find themselves on the brink of not having a job. Just my two cents.

Please listen...do NOT fill it out honestly unless you are assured that there is no WAY anyone can know who you are. You are not legally protected if you get fired for filling it out and complaining. You are an at will employee and if they do not like what you say, you can and will be on the chopping block or tortured until you leave, with review scores going south so that you have nothing to show another company when you go to interview. You are only protected legally for things such as Race, National Origin, Sex, Religion, Age, etc. Be very very careful filling those things out.

Is there any senior manager at Forest even smart enough to know what to do with honest feedback if they get it?
