Forest Culture

I used to like working here but its a dead wasteland of high pay golden handcuffs. I know reps who have been for 5,10 and 15 years. I can't recall the last person who said they enjoyed working here. The benefits and the pay are great but the little silly games that DM's have to play with the reps are just numbing. Compliance has changed much about forest culture plus all the new former pharma has dramatically changed the culture. It used to be fun now it is stuffy, tight lipped as everyone is trying to keep there job from the compliance police. Our messages are nearly scripted rehashed tags because compliance is so afraid for us to have any really dialogue or character with the physicians. This is probably not just a forest problem but probably a problem that is evident in all industries. Anyway DM's you should realize that in today's market the quality of the salesperson has a very small effect on RX growth. I'm not saying there is no effect but I am saying that it is minuscule in relationship to the market dynamics that exist. Why is it that the company does direct to consumer advertising in large markets but not small markets. Is that fair? Of course not but it is irrelevant because it shows only one disparaging factor when trying to pay commissions and judge people based on rank. There are some markets that just cannot compete. I think in the end selling can be fun when you eat what you kill. You just can't do that in pharma and Forest treats you like it is about eating what you kill.

Forest reps have never been clinical. In case you don't know what that means, Forest Slob, you don't know the science or disease states of the drugs you sell. You are just bitching because you can't buy the business like you used to. But you still do, you guys are still overboard with how you pay your speakers and the frequency you use them.

Quit your bitching, Forest is the only company that still isn't using a sign in sheet for the Sunshine Act. You are still the most unethical company in pharma.

Compliance my butt. How many reps have used the European chf study to show drs Bystolic works great for chf. Every rep I know has or had copies and detail drs about this. Sure, the patients were sicker and older in this study, that's the reason he results aren't quite as good as coreg. Sound familiar. Lets continue to pass these around at team meetings and POAs. Compliance turns their backs because it maes he company money, after all, snt that all that matters? How many former reps still have those copies that were distributed? I know of several.

You prove my point. The fact there are THOUSANDS of dumbshits running around dr offices all over the country is even that much more embarrassing. Did you realize there is a Sunshine Act? Why is Forest, still, the most non transparent company in th industry? Did you not learn anything from your Savella DOJ fine? Bet if that rep actually knew the science of his drug, along with disease state, the doc wouldn't have been so eager to turn him in. And to whomever is reading this....Linzmess is NOT APPROVED FOR PEDS, so quit selling it for teenagers you worthless fucks.

Get a life. Move on.

I would have to disagree with the statement of the the "majority" of reps using non approved pharma pieces. This is not 2002. Half the stuff in the clinicals you can't even use. Some of the best reps and managers have been fired in the last couple years due to compliance. As far as not being clinical goes I have had the opportunity to cross promote with several companies and up and down the street its pretty much the same. Forest is a lot more about rank and sales then most companies but as far as unethical I would have to disagree. FYI almost every company has not been hit with a OIG letter in the industry.

You are nuts. Why do you have to use a sign in sheet for everyone? The Sunshit Act does not say you have to. Don't do the useless crud until they make you. Smart operations management 101. Enjoy your Sunday afternoon imputing nurse Marie's information.
