Not by volume but by profitability. The bottom third get cut depending on how bad the Q3 numbers look that and how much you sucked up to MV.

My territory is going great plenty on Medicaid, Cigna and Aetna. Low quota lots of expense money no accountability half goes into my pocket no reports (does anybody know how to use sales force.com?). I'm expecting to gross 15k in bonus for the quarter. What a great part time job!

Why wait until then 50% of them arent profitable now and wont be anytime soon. If they wait and announce a terrible 3 and 4 quarter it will be more than just a couple of reps on the street. Couldnt happen to more deserving bunch if you ask me.

Heard one of the Regional Sales Directors was laid off in the south.
