Do yourself a favor and pass on any Regeneron Ophthalmology job openings. The pay is average for this space, but the leadership team is toxic and militant from top to bottom. Well said! Whoever you are, you could not be more accurate. I'd only add, that the level of toxicity that paige white has created is so bad, it wouldn't matter if the pay was amazing.
 












What’s worse is the blatant nepotism that exists and the promotion of individuals who couldn’t sell water to a dehydrated desert dweller but who are “viewed” as untouchable and best in class

Any diabetic eye specialist who is promoted is purely because of their ass kissing ability. They have ZERO accountability!
It’s been over 4 years now and we all question their value. Most know their role and “play the game”, lunch here and there, sample as much as they can and hope their MS counterparts have a good quarter. Because if the MS does well, the diabetic rep does well. If leadership had a clue they would give them diabetic accounts to target and get a bonus on. If you’re looking for a great part time gig…the Diabetic eye rep position is for YOU!!
