This evening at an awards dinner for my new company, two former Novartians won awards. There were a few other former pharma reps who also won awards so for those of you who think it's the end of the road when the Novartis ride is over, you're wrong. Device companies do hire former Pharma reps. There may well be some who don't but don't hesitate to apply to one just because of a pharma background.
