We gotta get our acts together and team to get a no criminal/abettor board next year.

If a member of the board knew what Gold was doing, they should go to jail with him.

If they didn't know what he was doing, then they weren't doing their job.

Brewer knew what Gold was doing IMO. As for anyone else on the board who may not have known as much as Brewer it was their job to ask questions. Oversight is the board's job and it is clear that they didn't stand in the way at all of a sick psychopath as he destroyed a company, destroyed careers and destroyed shareholders.

Board is status quo, strangely. This after Loncar and other shareholders squarely placed blame on them for not doing what board members are supposed to do which is oversight. Without the checks and balances of a strong board, CEO's and EC can do what they want which puts our whole system of capitalism in peril.
