Focus Survey across selling teams?

Does anyone know how the survey results turned out with the different selling teams
in different Regions? It seems like the information on the survey is DOA.....have any managers shared any info?
 






























Why do you put so much faith in this survey? It is not credible or reliable. The bottom line is there will be major layoffs nesxt year and nobody is safe.
All that you need to know about the results is that we were given next Weds off. That was the first token of empathy thrown our way to change the continued decline of morale and belief in our current leadership team. You know the results had to have been really bad for them to do that.

Everybody I know softened up their answers quite a bit. Everyone was afraid to tell the real truth because nobody believes it's really anonymous. Morale is w/o a doubt, the worst I have ever seen! Now they are doing these "employee engagement" teleconferences. They have got to know that the only we are really engaged in is finding another career and leaving here ASAP!

The ax will fall heavy in 2011. Take your vacation time and network and try and find a way out from AZ and pharma altogether. Just take a look at what happened at Roche/Genentech on Tuesday to see your future.

It just proves that with honesty all of us can be heard. It is because of all the people who live in fear of saying what they really feel on these surveys is what really hurts us from making any kind of changes.

If you have an opinion, you have to give it.

It doesn't have to be popular, it just has to be skillfully delivered.

Most of the time it isn't, and they get pissed when shown up. No surprises there.
 






It will be VERY interesting to see what teams and what Regions for each team show for results......not only is there NO leadership, there is actually pressure to strip any leadership skills from field managers. An entire organization of Bullified management....arrogant Regional 'leadership' that trickles down from the top. "The fish rots from the head."

This used to be an organization that knew how to develop leadership...not anymore...it's just a training camp for assassination squads.

This style of leadership is all coming down from Tilton. Everyone in management knows that to keep your job you only need to do a few things; keep your call numbers up which means encouraging lying and cheating among the PSSs and above all else, make sure you are firing a few people and putting a few on action plans every year. If you don't believe it; just look at the qualities of the leaders he has forced out of the organization versus those that have been promoted. Anyone who stands up for their people and challenges him will be labeled as weak and driven out. Assassination squads is a good analogy for those that remain.
 






He is doing EXACTLY what they asked him to do you assclown. We WANT you to leave. That way we win. So just leave before we demoralize what is left of your self respect.

It's not acceptable across the entire company, so the international leadership is putting a strategy together to deal with it.

That's why it takes time.

What they don't get is that the issues surfacing around focus are more a reflection of the industry, and AZ's reaction / action in that industry. That means nothing is going to materially change, and so they'll be playing around the edges.

Lack of products and possible unemployment in the future is the focus driver. That isn't going to change because we do something about TSI or Worklife balance.

No one will be really happy.

You are correct!!! That is an expensive layer that should GO...RSD's like PC

I didn't hold back but I know a lot of people did. You're right about that it would have been 10 times worse if we all told the truth. Every AZ person i know can't wait to leave when their chance arrives. The sad thing is that they could give a damn who stays or who goes.

I guess we will never see the "real" results of the survey. You're right, that if everyone had been totally honest the results would have been 10x worse. It doesn't really matter when all said and done.
