They have zero strategy to get people motivated. Lol. So instead they put pressure on the field to cover their lies to the market. This place used to make sense.
this place never made sense… everyone just got distracted when the going was good with non ASP products.
this place runs on ego's, kiss ass people and totally yes men. very clickish and not about the business but rather kissing up. I made a mistake of being here and being promoted up. Promoted not because of performance

DumbassI got a call from a recruiter for a job with Organogenesis selling in to the OR, they said it was a new role, a pilot program? I have never been in wound care, a google search of the company brought me to these posts. very concerning info, I would assume I should steer clear of this opportunity?
The surgical pilot is not doing great because all of those reps have no relationships. If you have surgeons that you have relationships with you will do fine. It's really just the company leadership from the top is so f'ing clueless it should be written and talked about in MBA programs. They had a surgical team. Then decided to completely ignore them and try and do it on their own rather than a group they acquired. They purposely waited out the group they had to attrition, and then I'm not even sure got a single sale with the pilot group in the first 12 months and hired people to manage these groups that were still working other jobs. Hilarious to watch.Implementation of this role is a mess. A lot of people who think they know what they are doing are completely clueless. Stay clear. Its a complete mess.
