The State of Florida allows Mahaffy’s estate to be sued for damages by other Florida residents right now as a result of his fraud. Pat’s attorneys clearly did not know about Madoff amendments made last decade allowing such paths separately from corporate/company actions and entirely separate from securities fraud cases (or lack thereof)

People that do what Mahaffy did should not even have to be sued, they should have to surrender every dollar they have as part of the bankruptcy they created through their fraud. Pat Mahaffy orchestrated the bankruptcy to prevent himself from being outed for the illegal naked short scheme for years at CLVS.
