F this Shit! Everyone in Florida have lost their damn minds acting like we aren’t in a pandemic. Offices shutting access everyday but company expects us in field? Managers saying do what you feel comfortable with while company covers their asses. It’s not worth being out in field right now. Managers stop analyzing metrics & micromanaging while you sit safely at home with your families asking us to find new ways to engage and excite offices? A frigging cure is only thing that would excite anxiety fueled offices right now. Reps getting Covid here in hell on earth in Florida spreading to offices and conpany ok with it as long as we maintain?

Greed driven profits are the actual way 'transformation' through science occurs at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Take the bullet, pass the bullet. We may get a vaccine, we may not. We may get some highly effective therapeutics soon, we may not. But you have to dance today for all leadership, safe and snug in their ice cream castles.

I am from Florida too. I feel lucky to get the paycheck. The company is good to keep us all employed. Creativity in communicating with the customers comes with passion. Some have it, some don’t.

Another BMS Florida Rep here. I’m thankful for paycheck agreed. Don’t think we should be in field. I can creatively communicate over Zoom. Anyone concerned with their personal safety and risking family’s exposure isn’t indicative of their level of passion with job.
Docs ask why they have us out in this mess here. We should NOT be out period. Pull us from field.

BMS has closed Florida. There are only a handful of states where BMS reps have been given the ok to go in the field. Who is making you go in the field?

Certain managers in FL telling us do "whatever" to get in front of our doctors and offices. Some of us signed up for Zoom on our own. We are FaceTiming also. It sucks. Don't sleep worried because of pressure. Managers say one thing, company something else. Covid sucks, manager sucks.
