Florida is a mess! It's a miserable environment. I wish AA was still here. CA sucks. Big talk, small man. Enjoy listening to him say our "leadership" team is here to help...yeah, help your ass out the door. We also need to get rid of the bobsy evil twins-the Specialty DMs. Talk about two evil people who spend their time stirring up shit and digging up shit on their reps and other reps. I guess that's in their job description, because it's definitely not helping their teams!

Yeah I'm in S. Florida. It's awful. These DMs are backstabbing and spend their time trying to disrupt teams by asking questions about team members. I can't remember the last time I had a field ride where my DM actually worked with me to help us be more successful. But then again that's what we get when these guys have no real sales or leadership training. I'm tired of the bullish*t. I'm looking for a med sales job, even being in the Top 25% of the company, recruiters and employers think Forest is a joke. I'm struggling because I thought Forest was a good company....but that was about 6 years ago. I'm tired of seeing great reps with tenure being bullied out. Forest says they don't have layoffs...not official layoffs, they just bully tenured reps out with high salaries and bring in Enterprise Rent a Car and ADP morons who have no true sales experience and think $52,000 is great money.
