Probably got the boot for complaining too much and too often… we get it your team only knows how to hock free drug and doesnt know how to get paid scripts

If you can get fired for complaining often and loud we wouldnt be able to field a sales force in any division

Miami lead seeing the trainwreck that is that district and begging bobby for the ability to fire and rehire the entire team

That is so not true. The Tampa team is a great team and has always done well.

Tampa team was fine with the DBM rarely working with them, leaving them alone, playing the Pfizer game, and you've become very lazy. Now the new, young, eager DBM coming in wants to make some changes. Can't blame her. Good luck to the old mgr finding a job where you can get paid so well, great benefits, and not work. You blew it with your attitude.

She isn’t exactly new or young

She's younger than practically everyone on the team, and she's new to the role. Point is she'll be eager to prove herself, and the team has not had to work or done even the minimum in a long time. That will change soon.
