How many innocent lives must we lose before Quest Diagnostics is stripped of their license? Governor DeSantis based his less than serious response to the covid-19 pandemic based on faulty data because Quest Diagnostics failed to report in compliance with the law. In addition to his dangerous early reopening of society, vital contact tracing measures never took place. We may never know the exact death toll, but certainly numerous lives were needlessly lost. This is disgraceful. It’s time for Morgan and Morgan to step in and start a class action lawsuit. If they haven’t already. It’s time for Florida Blue to drop Quest. The same with their CAP accreditation. Suspend their license. All of us in Florida are watching closely.

The “Florida Fiasco” is costing Quest big time.The staff at the offices are hypersensitive about covid, having seen the ravages of this deadly disease up close, on the front lines. Knowing that the threat of this invisible killer was underestimated because of the negligence, or worse yet, intentional partisan acts by Quest Diagnostics employees has everyone’s blood boiling. Thank you Governor DeSantis. You are a great leader. Now BioReference has a golden opportunity in the sunshine state. Everyone knows that CJ has the agility of an experienced cougar. It’s time for her to pounce. Her team will be standing at attention. They will rise to the occasion.
