Another vote of no-confidence that no one has a clue as to what’s going on.
 






























It's as if all they need to do is create a new position where a person checks and files licenses all day for every state and foreign country.

It's not rocket science. Why isn't this being done?

Because we’re so cheap and arrogant. I'm going back to bed. Kids just got out the door, I’ve got a lunch program today, that’s about it.

Education problem. Just get a map of the United States and teach the operative from New Delhi that there are 50 states in the US. Just count the stars on the flag as further remedial training. Even the new training team can handle that simple task. Maybe not.

Agree! Sample issue should never happened in first place in other states and if this is true about Florida why the heck didn't anyone go through every state to make sure all licensing was complete to make sure this wouldn't happen again. Continued embarrassment for Sun. Can't blame the TMs on this one!
