My first time on a FLEX position, with the DEpomed contract, and I am feeling great so far!! Training is good, I LOVE my new IPad, and the manager seems nice too! Add in the 24 hour week, and life is good!!
FLEX positions are awesome!!

There are a few problems w/ this contract:
1. The territories are very large
2. You drive your own car, and gas is expensive- they also tax the car allowance.
3. There has been NO mention of a role over- if there is no mention soon, reps will most likely start to look elsewhere. so about 15 months left on the contract.

I am sorry, but you knew ALL of this when you started. They pay for gas so what is the problem? Roll over was never an option; 18 months was always what management and inVentiv stated. There are not many flex positions at any company, so please try.
