Contact your top competitor and take your talents to them. They unquestionably are a more professional and better managed organization that Biomet. Biomet has become one of the biggest jokes and poorest run manufacturers in Orthopaedics. Best of luck to you and everyone remember your allegiance means nothing to these clowns.
 






Beware of messages from competitors who are anxious to play on your fears and uncertainty. Having worked for other ortho companies, it is NOT always better somewhere else. Be cautious...
 






I was a rep for 4 years-selling full product line. Have been replaced without explanation-will end up being a good thing to move on though- I have solid relationships which helps

Great advice for someone who sounds like a loyal employee and was terminated. Biomet showed you their true colors, make them regret it, period!
