How many were fired last week and from what areas? Heard it was a performance based reason. have to say this company keeps who they want and lets people go at will regardless of numbers

You must be smoking some of those funy cigarettes. They said everyone should be shooting for 100%. No way that everyone will make their number but at least you have to shoot for something. I heard those that were fired had been sucking wind for the last few quarters. You would have to be a moron not to be looking for a job if your numbers suck ass. It's no different that the last company I was with. Its all about numbers nowadays.
 


































































Strativa is a fucking joke. Sure, I was one of the ones let go but thankfully I had the brains to realize how shitty their products are and start looking for an actually decent job before I got the news. It was hilarious, yet demeaning, to watch the docs laugh in my face while trying to push these useless drugs. Get it through your heads... The competitors are better in every way. I can't wait to see this company go down....and be warned... It will very soon. Here's a forewarning to everyone if your numbers start going down even after half a quarter... Well start looking elsewhere. Afterall, couldn't be worse than "selling" the shit Strativa has to offer. PS you fucks in upper management.... I happen to know a ton of people are still faking sigs even with the new bs rules so haha TRY AGAIN.

please let me know where these reps were let go, i know a few people who were laid off and have been out of work for over 6 months.

In case you didn't notice, most people do not like this company and are itching to get out. Why would they want to help you get a job at this Korean sweat shop and keep people like AD and RP in the positions they aren't qualified to hold.
