I'm wondering the same thing...I want out of this hell hole but need unemployment and/or severance to leave and survive...and no company is legally obligated to pay severance or into unemployment. For all those who were laid off, let me mention before I'm accused of being insensitive that I offered to take a package and let someone who wanted/needed to stay for the sake of their family have my position and was denied.

thats what got me...lol and it was the best move i ever made....cause now i am in specialty pain company solo with no counterparts
