Unless they catch you stealing something where you are fired immediately, they will give you a "U" rating and make your goals for the next 6 months impossible to hit. At the end of 6 months they will terminate you with no severance. So if you get an S you should be good -- unless you are reallocated that is!

How hard is it to get fired? Really??? Maybe he doesn't like/respect you because you're a pathetic twat? Here's an idea. Grow up, due your job well (which shouldn't be a problem Mr. 8 years of great sales results), and earn his respect. I know, it sounds a little crazy, but give it a shot piker. And by the way, congrats on being the biggest cu.nt I've seen on this site.

No. They have taken all of the merit dollars in the past. Now they will be able to also start taking the big yearly bonus dollars for 2010 paid to some employees February or March. Everyone brought 1.0 to the table but the HR tool will be merciless in it's bonus dollar cuts so that the money can be returned to management to enhance their bonus. So that the needs of the few can outweigh the needs of the many...
