I've limited knowledge about this and want to know what getting into.MNK broke up with PHRMA first before they would be embarrassed. They should be. $44k per vial and now the vial IC. Oh we are doing this in the name of compliance. No you want to milk the payers, mostly gov't for as much as you can. I can't wait to milk this place for $ with a lawsuit

Like Marathon, MNK received a letter from Pharma saying change your ways or you're out....or fired. Will MNK meet the same end as Marathon and Valeant and have to sell assets to service debt? May 8th will be telling. Looks like ARD might not even come in above 90% to goal for Q1. If Q2 bears out the same, then changes will come. If I were senior MGT who made the decision to buy QCOR, I would be nervous. No efficiencies have been found, and revs are down. Lol.. didn't Gary Phillips recommend buying Acthar? They bought us blindly... Q2 is starting to be disasterous! Looking like50% for neph..... referrals are way down, and even refills are getting PAP!
