I was terminated this week from the Neuro PC division because someone from either inside or outside of the company found my political satirical comedy offensive, reported me to the company and the company said it went against the company core values. So, after a mere 17.5 months with Lilly I now find myself in the unemployment line seeking a new career. Please be cautious about what you post on your personal social media sites as it could be used against you to have you terminated. I am a good rep with nearly 20 years of pharma experience and had good numbers, led in some areas and was liked by my peers. HR asked me if my co-workers would feel psychologically safe after seeing my posts.
 






You were a rep with 20 hrs experience putting you at over 40.
Lilly has been on a mission to fire over 40 reps, good reps with good numbers. They find a stupid reason and fire them.
You were probably here 17.5 months ago to balance out all the millennials.
Just Google all the lawsuits lilly is facing from experienced good reps over 40.

doubt u want to take it to tucker carlson....but i am sure they could find tons of social posts from the other side in which nothing happened to the poster. it would be worth the slap to these hideous woke cretans leading the company.

Terrible advice on taking it to Tucker. This is serious as this guy lost his job and livelihood. Tucker is an entertainment who is not to be taken serious. Even Fox said that in a court of law that no one takes him seriously.

Typical inconsistent standards- where some can sleep with your employees and falsify expense reports with a slap on the wrist and others lose job for fcebook. Funny about feeling psycologically safe when we are being asked to wonder when the random agenda-driven ax is going to fall.

Good point, take it to someone who will care, like Anderson Cooper or Chris Cuomo or Don Lemon. Those three are *very serious* about helping those caught in the cross hairs of cancel culture.
