Can you please clarify the above? What is ABL? Did the manager put in writing to put in detail with every call? If you don’t have enough calls, even though you worked a long day, your chewed out. You can work 8-9/10 hours and see 4-5 docs some days. Then, your honest, put in five calls, you get in trouble. I’ve told managers on different contracts I’ve worked on, including Inventiv, unless I lie, I won’t hit the metrics. They don’t say anything except - if you don’t have the right R&F, you can be let go? WTF?
