Is this new hiring approach really working? My RM claims the new firebrand territory are exceeding all expectations.

Wow dumb manager with low expectations. Sales reps can't control lost MOs, tech support that can't read documents, ACs that control product, angry patients with large bills, angry Drs who are contacted by angry patients, insurance denials, sales reps being pushed into asking for credit card bedside, false shocks, more false shocks, a garmet that fits like a poodles sweater, tech support who keeps telling patients to use lotion to stop alarms, phone calls from Cracker Jack tech support team to Drs looking for a vest a patient dumped in the Hudson River, managers who force sales reps to go over patients homes to retrieve vests after company approved and insurance denied, managers who have to use google earth to find hospitals, quota system designed by a math major trying to find where pi finally ends, ADs who nobody ever sees except at a national meeting. Mr manager, sales reps have never been the issue with ZOLL. You should firebrand inside and clean out all the dead weight that is causing this turnover and customer issues. We do the hard work of bringing you the patients! The process should be the easy part!! Point the dirty end of your firebrand stick inside!!!

That guy is not a manager. Might be an AD or corporate sales ops troll. Most RMs here wouldn't want to lose credibility with their TMs.

This will not work in cardiology, these jock firebrands are too stupid to sell to cards and ep's. Time will show that firebrands don't work and whoever is posting this nonsense will get his own PIP AND POP!

Stryker stock is trading at $116 a share, it has doubled over the past 3 years. the company's market cap is $43B. Why wouldn't we want to replicate the firebrand model. It works!
