First and foremost, congratulations to all the new field hires on what has been an amazing year. We all know we wouldn't have achieved our current level of success without being in peak physical condition. Therefore, I am encouraging all Firebrands to post a daily WOD. Our first workout will be called Provider.

V - 100 V ups
I - 50 Incline Dumbbell presses
E - 100 EZ bar curls
R - Run 3 miles in under 20 minutes
