Fire every FRM

I get the point on the FRM team the SMDs are questionable too. However, the key missing point is the lack of leadership and direction from this entire group. All the way to the top of this group from SC to JS is a cover your rear end mentality, circle the wagons and consistently disparage and blame the sales reps across the divisions. Don't worry about coverage just quote some access data and claim great coverage to AG and then consistently blame the sales team. This is the real issue and the real reason that the brands across the derm teams have a very limited future and why the turnover on the sales teams is so high. it is not going to change either. No future in brands here. No coverage no growth. JS please weigh in now with your cover your ass crap. Also, please disparage the sales teams again too. "Very productive. "

I agree well stated. I love when they get up on stage at NSM and tell us how great the coverage is. Did anyone notice that last year for the Med derm team they told us we had 88% coverage then this year that Sam dude stated we had 67% coverage? What happened and what is more concerning both numbers are over stated/ you should not be able to state that a step edit or double step edit for a full length of therapy and documented failure on multiple generics is coverage. Finally, this LD stuff has even less coverage than Absorica had and we are struggling with single % market share and now we are confusing providers on the dismal LD launch. Very sad.
# getanewjob in 2020. This place is a waste of time.

there is no way LD is anywhere close to 67% coverage and your right offices are so confused on LD.. where do I even start. Home office has been quiet. Only thing coming down is. “Tell us your confirmed scripts.” Having some communication of what they are doing on their end would be nice.

Home office is a sell out. Name me one person in the HO and they are a sell out. You can’t exist there if you state the facts. AG completely trusted the thieves while the people that came here to build this organization where shown the door repeatedly. The remnant in HO is a sham and will not support field sales in any way. #JustMadeUpMyMind.

Good. Leave. 10 more waiting to take your spot.

I left Sun a while back. I still come here now and then to see the chaos. I love to read these with Abhay’s syntax and accent in mind,it’s so him. So funny. So sad. And btw looking back Sun is such a cluster and it needn’t be. Products actually not so bad just so badly managed by 2nd and 3rd rate people

oh, we totally know who you are.

Are we really going to add 30% more FRMs? Why don’t we either train and/or manage what we have now? I don’t see my FRM being worked to death now. If this goes through it will signal the end to every TM that remained undecided. It will certainly mark the end to Tildra. Another wrong turn possibly awaits us from a leadership team that is so lost that they are no longer even on the map. To DS in Mumbai; when this flops, and it will, please look to us TMs to route you make to the map. Say it’s not so! But we are prepared for the insanity to continue.

Unfortunately some reps are stuck with FRMs that barely work and won’t answer calls etc. There are also some good ones that actually try and care, The FRMs need accountability and that is what’s wrong. They need a manager that will weed out the weak and worthless and step in to help reps when the FRM can’t figure something out. They are also spread a bit thin so I do agree with hiring more of them as long as they have new, good management in place first.
