Mr. Jiminez seems to be on the trail of some of these unethical bastards--reference his most recent blog. If you have specific information, perhaps you should contact him directly. With all due respect, whining on CP isn't going to get the job done. Nor is complaining to HR. Cindy Cetani has been tapped to investigate these cases. Speak up. If you are retaliated against, get a labor attorney. Do the right thing. Somebody has to.

He is not going anywhere. CM has been around a long time and controls everyone from employees(which are either his family, friends or friends of friends w/favors attached) to HR. He will make your life a living blank.

I heard that his brother is VERY ill. You would think that he would realize that Karma is catching up, and that there are more important things in life than being the big bully of pharma.

I wouldn't call brother being sick karma. What I would call karma is that they would see that he isn't an asset can causes more trouble than he is worth. What is he bringing to the table other than lawsuits? It isn't smart to be a bully and make everyone want you to go. It would only be smart to make people like you but he goes out of his way to be a bully. Don't get it.

Konrad has had a rough life. He failed to get into Alabama, had to settle for a second rate school. Didn't make it to the pros. His mother refused to breast feed him as a baby and look what happened.
