Complete idiot and telling us don’t take our unlimited vacation, since we don’t make bonus, and you don’t w at us to take any additional time off at holiday shutdown. Cathleen you are why people are going to leave this company in your region, you are stupid and you can’t dictate time off even though you feel you can reject it senior leadership, nobody’s respects or like this woman, she is a mess of a human being and the only thing we have is the time off part of our compensation yet she threatened to reject time off, fuck this bitch, she is incompetent and we all know it. Great being with a company that can’t keep up with a blockbuster drug and shows up to a meeting to demoralize all of us . We have a schedule but she love the sound of her own voice. GET RID OF HER, SHE IS NOT IN TUNE WITH THE SALE FORCE. We hang in her for our DMs and she shows up and pisses on the party. Cathleen calls have to go, we don’t want to be there. Totally disagree. She NEVER said any of that. When she attended our meeting she just stated we need to get approval. She wasn’t negative about it or controlling at all. You are stirring crap and lying. BTW, this is an OCS, not Cathleen.

I’m not buying what you are selling. CASB single handedly turned Chi region around in 2 years. One of the most beloved people ever to step foot in region, the sales representatives and managers alike.
