Back in the day, at Harvard, we would go and see a band called King Crimson, which included Robert Fripp. He was brilliant. He invented his own electronics to process the signals from his guitars. He called them "Frippatronics" which included significant feedback.
Naturally when I came to the helm at a large corporation and introduced the game-changing, world-saving concept of "FIPNET," fully knowing that I was at bat, and that my turn was up as inventor and world savior, I invented a new device based on PM philosophy. It incorporated negative feedback at extremely high volumes during Performance Management reviews.
This saved the company billions on severance fees when layoffs were necessary due to some decisions that are beyond the scope of this discussion. The negative feedback was so successful that even during bad years, I received millions in bonus money.
You, too can make money off of FIPtronics. Come to my seminar.
