Time to stop bad mouthing the leadership and admit that John's leadership and strategy have led us through the storm. FIPNET is a success and so is Lilly. The proof is evident. I agree. All these negative gossips can't handle the responsibilities of working for a successful company. Their skill sets, or lack there of, better qualify them to work at Taco Bell. No one needs them and no one wants them. Hopefully Six Sigma and the PM process will quickly weed them out.

Wait until your "skill set" is the one no longer needed. Have an illness, get too old, or just piss someone off. See if your "skill set" saves you.
