One of the folks that came over from Sanofi was crying about the new CV VP Kristen Fink. They were telling stories of doom and gloom and told me to come on CP and do a search for her name on the Sanofi board. Now I'm crying! Does anyone know anything about her? Sounds like she could be trouble. Not even 1 positive thing about her posted.
 




Your right about Fink. Horrible !! She destroyed CV at Sanofi. Fucked up every launch she spearheaded and promoted a culture of hostility. Raised and morale vanished. She's ruthless and vicious. Unbelievable Novartis picked her up from being fired by Sanofi. Good luck !! Your lives will never be the same.
 




Wait until you see her dress in all leather and wave her arms flapping when she talks.. or should I say shrieks. She pounds the drinks also. Watch what you say around here. She will crush any minority also.

All 3 have no business in pharma. Scott O is a moron and Kaplan could fuckup a lemonade stand. If you surveyed Sanofi and asked if you would work for Fink again it would be no fucking way. I never heard or saw one positive thing she did. She ruined many careers and is a corporate bully. Novartis better get the HR department in order as the caseload is about to get heavy.
 








Wait until they sit in meetings with her. She was a huge finger pointer and blame shifter( first sign of a poor leader) This will get ugly for Novartis. Can't wait for the first busy work project and people see first hand her lack of business skills.

I just heard about this. Having worked for this women I never encountered a more incompetent, mean, sociopath witch in my career. Sanofi currently has many Novartis rejects now but I would say you truly got the shit end of the stick. Can't wait for your first meeting to see her in action.

I would say Sanofi really got the shit end of the stick with Scott Oerlein. He was the biggest empty suit douche this company has ever seen. Total moron too. He's already hated at Sanofi
 




Kaplan and Oerlein are laughing their #%£ off! Doesn't NVS check references before hiring someone that was struggling in their previous role? Entresto needed a REAL leader! Big mistake.
 




Two weeks into the new job and she's already thinking inside the box. Way to motivate her new troops by sending STEM our way. Another expensive way to point fingers at the reps. STEM consultants should ride with her for a day and send her back to Sanofi!
 








Again, Novartis hires assholes and makes them into even bigger assholes. Novartis thinks its a great leadership model that's tried and true! Just look at the mess this company has become based upon poor decision making and bad hires in leadership.
