Finger Pointing Pass the Buck Culture

Well one thing is for sure. The company Sun Pharma when you look them up on google is not the US Company that employs you. This is a small company using a global logo.

Hopefully Fabs isn't bringing the old JBI "Throw everyone under the bus and point the finger at everyone and blame them" culture to your company.

He just never seemed like a very smart or polished guy when I worked with him at JBI. A lot of others felt the same way. Kind of a doofus, actually. We knew he was destined for lesser things. As tall as he is, he was in WAY over his balding head.

You obviously have a dig in him. He is a Pharma walking drone with tenure like all the rest. Nothing will impress him and what have you done for me lately. But he is a good guy

What's going on here is a Front for a far away land.

Have a friend who was close to him at JBI. Said he liked to refer to women, especially pretty female reps, as "The talent." He led a crew of obnoxious guys who acted like frat boys.
I don't consider anyone like that a "good guy." Maybe you're a misogynist too. I'm done here. Good luck with your "leadership."

And you can't even spell "dufus"!!!!!! Makes sense, most of SUN employees are DUMB!!!!! Most electronic devices have auto-correct.....guess you ignored it.

Yes I could see that douche quality being on his résumé. But in then end he is a typical Pharma stiff like all that exists here.

Sometimes karma puts a person in a place where they can cause the least damage. Hopefully he learned the great truth: "Eagles flock with eagles. Turkeys flock with turkeys." He made the monumental career-destroying mistake of aligning himself with the wrong people and they derailed him. A wise man learns from his mistakes. We can only hope he learned from his.

I enjoyed working for the guy. I enjoyed working the guy. Some of us played him so easily. In this business, you always want the people you report to be dumb. That's right, you want them stupid, clueless and self-important. Those are the ones you can play six ways from Sunday, baby.

I think that what happened was, an RBD he thought was his ally was actually setting him up to be the fall guy. Fabs thought he had a trusted lieutenant but the guy was actually playing a game of chess with him. Fabs ended up with egg on his face and a pharma job here and that guy is rumored to be taking the VP position running a top notch biotech company, where the sales force adores him. Most reps who saw this think the same, although there's always the chance that I'm wrong. But that rarely happens.
Anyway, that's business. When you swim with the sharks you're gonna get bit. Ouchy-wouchie!

JBI reps here in Dallas for a big launch meeting and we're drinking and telling Fabs stories. ROTFLMAO Fabs stories! Best one so far is how he gave one of the reps he was targeting a whole bunch of info that got turned on him. My friend calls it the "Checkmate you crapped your pants story." Funny!!!
