I happen to be leaving B&L for a new opportunity elsewhere, but I must say that I've never worked with a better group of people. Corporations talk about "teamwork" and such but the folks I worked with really did work together, and do quality work. Communication among colleagues was excellent. Although there was chaos in other areas of work and in some of the processes that allowed us to get work done, I saw a lot of people working together to complete projects and make things happen. It (probably) goes without saying that with proper direction and support, these talented people could really benefit B&L in the long run.

I don't know what's on the horizon for B&L and its employees but I wanted to say thanks to my co-workers there for a great workplace experience.

Bravo, Bravo...excellent speech, almost deserving of a reward. Now please report to your nearest police station because there is a warrant out for your arrest....charge you ask: posting messages while intoxicated. We work together and you know the truth about the environment, but as you have clearly shown with your message, when drunk a lot of things look better than they actually are.
 












I actually agree with the original poster, even being an escapee by choice. It was a great team with a lot of focus. Yes, it varied by site and manager, but at one time, for a brief period, it really was good. And then came Valeant....
 






I wasn't intoxicated. I've worked for several businesses and appreciate the team I had there. They worked together better than most. Best wishes to all going into this holiday season.

Good for you (sincerely). Consider yourself lucky for getting out of the Valeant cloud of stench. Do something productive with your time. I am ashamed to work for them and will only do so until I can find something else.
 






Thanks. With God as my witness, I'll never work in Pharma again!

Pharma's having layoffs today and several people I know are affected. I'm one of the lucky ones who has an "out." Well, many more people will have to discover their own "out" whether they have a plan in place now or not.

I am not sure how or where all these people will find new employment but I do know it was a great group of smart, cooperative, and kind people. Whoever gets them next will be lucky to have them!
