Financial Issues

Been reading the board for a while and don't see the issues - didn't the layoffs really happen because of the sale of lysteda and no longer the need for staff? I think the main issue is the law suits now, but that could take years to resolve and xanodynes percentage of the market is so small it really shouldn't impact xanodyne so dramatically as to bring them down. Why do you really think this company might go under? I don't see any solid reasoning in the near future. Do you really?

ANY lawsuit will effect them negatively. I have heard there are also other pending lawsuits on how they handled some former employees during the recent layoff which again does not look good for them. This company has zero cash, zeros in leadership, and no products. They are a small potatoes outfit with cartoon leadership.
