You mean he hasn't grown fat and lazy,ruling by intimidation, because he is so frightened that he will be exposed to higher ups while he is being made a fool of by the very ones who suck up to him? Yeah, I agree. E.G. went out with me to visit one of my larger clients and actually participated in the conversation and "helped" the sales call. Not too sure this guy is at the right company, he actually gets it.
