Yes.. It's a joke Lisa B is trying to justify her job! RRM's? What exactly is their purpose. Customers don't have problems with "pull through"... Our major problem is Aetna, UHC, and BC/BS not covering our drug. But the company keeps buying new companies!Thank you Lisa B. for these materials.
