Final Warnings???

If you have a final warning what's the chances of you surviving this blood bath that's about to take place? My DSM is saying I won't be let go...not sure if I should believe them.

Should have self id.

If they don't let you go, and then fire you, you can charge that they used the process to screw you out of settlement maliciously.

But the usually suspend the pips and final written warnings during this process for that very reason.

Your dsm is a dick.

Get a good employment attorney. Sit down with them and pen a letter charging your manager with retaliation. Think of specific examples. It may even be that you have a case. HR will be required to look into it. You have nothing to lose. You're out either way.
