Field sales - when the hell are you going to get back out there? You’re going to be the last company out. So bizarre to me that they aren’t letting you out at least part time. Most companies are doing a combination of field and virtual by now. Surely they can’t sustain all of you “working from home” indefinitely
 












No lay offs to the sales force. Lilly needs to let us get out and see the offices that will see us.
Virtual calls are not sustainable long term nor effective. Offices are tiring if it. We are mostly sample dropping and doing that at a very poor rate.
Many reps are 1/2 way on vacation doing these VCEs

We were told that Reps are home the rest of the year. And you are right.....”Virtual calls are not sustainable long term nor effective. Offices are tiring if it. We are mostly sample dropping and doing that at a very poor rate”. This isn’t rocket science..... You do the math

You are not very bright are you? Do you REALLY believe there won't be ANY layoffs to the Salesforce? Especially when the email specifically said all the details haven't been worked out yet

I’m just telling you that I know there’s no lay offs to the sales force planned for this year. They are going to try to make it work and wait and see what happens through the end of the year.

The email you’re referring to implied non-sales force duplicate admin type jobs.

That’s my understanding as well and consistent with what I’ve heard from the inside. Not trying to give a false sense of security but keeping it real for the immediate future (thru EOY).

Time will tell soon enough. Scheduled call already on the books September 16th. Probably when the announcements will occur
 






I do agree we are just fine through the end of the year, but after that I think there will be cuts. Since they still won't let us out in the field yet they will continue to have us make phone calls up until the last minute. They can't afford to let us go yet. They need us to continue to promote the CV indication for Trulicity and keep launching Trijardy. Not to mention high dose trulicity. If you really do believe this "Non salesforce" bs then I admire your optimism. I have been in this industry for 20 years. Layoffs always begin with "non salesforce" to keep the crowd in control
 






If sales remain relatively stable to strong and do not show a correlation to the reduction in sales calls, the likelihood that they reduce the size of the sales force goes up.
 
























It’s a pretty big percentage not in the field. Worst, since we forced out a lot of the older reps, we are left with idiot millennials. One thing is certain, if sales hold, and we have reps at home, It’s not a good thing.
 






I’ve been lucky for years. Have had little to no access for years. Been checking the box and playing the lying game. My pharma friends who are out driving around have shared it is shut down in WI, MN, ND, IA. Nothing new!!!
 






Why do they treat us like we are disposable? The metrics to letting some people in the field are as credible as Trump saying the virus is safe. This company is a joke and is the only Pharma company letting people in the field.

gtfo..several companies are back in the field. Let’s us go see the offices that are open to us
 












No reputable company has their reps out in the field, and the PPE that was sent to us is a joke. Only 2 masks per day!? Lilly used to be such a great company and now we are horrible.
