field peers, pay attention, this will all result in some sort of layoff

Been here over 10 years. Trust manager. Don’t trust corporate one bit. It’s not that they’re liars - I think they mostly have good intentions - it’s that they’re so incompetent, they have no clue what is going on.

Been here over 10yrs. Very low trust above DBMs. RBD is not the brightest bulb in the bunch. I get that VPs can’t always be transparent, then just say so. Supply issues being ignored already, we are reliving the Wegovy debacle. Maybe the east area VP can help the West are VP manage this better? Oh wait, we haven’t heard anything from the west area VP. Maybe the east area VP is helping her manage this…

I wonder if they would say half the things they say with Lars in the room?

I just started in 2022. left a good job to come here, what a mistake, I have a manager that doesn’t care, just wants to check the box, and make it “look right”.. I am frustrated and disappointed in my lapse in judgment. No I don’t trust NNI. The training was horrible and unforgivable.

Interesting, I thought the training at least was one of our strengths.

We have become a company which cares more about politics and woke DEIB initiatives than actually producing medication and providing it to patients. Wrong people making decisions over their talent level and some good people who were ushered out who were making good decisions.

Hired-2017. I am miserable but NNI can’t seem to catch me not working most of the day, numbers are about average because I have a partner that works. I don’t trust trust NNI period. I worked hard until 2020. Then I realized ‘the real NNI’…. They screws the field so screw them. It’s mutual hate. Why quit when I don’t work anyway

My DBM is great. RBD is alright. Area VP horrendous. 0% trust in leadership, brand team, marketing and training. Been here 11 yrs and finally saw the light. Starting a new position in October. Good luck to my friends in the field. Hope it gets better

Simple question.
At this point, late August, do you trust NNI
Please respond with y or n and tenure of employment
14 years, diabetes sales, Princeton rotation.
Early on trust was pretty good. Being in home office opened my eyes to the bs they need to deal with (CPH, the ET). Largely a game of survival there. They do (deal with) a lot more than what you see as an end result.
Past 5 years has been a downward spiral on many fronts.

Let’s just say I’ve been here so long that saying how many years would most likely identify me. At this point- NN is circling the drain IMO. I was happy until a about 5 years ago. Just here for the money until I find another gig. Sad but true. I don’t trust upper management at all because everyone is just hunkering down trying to protect their job. When push comes to shove management will throw you under the bus if it comes down to protecting their job. I’ve seen that over and over again.

I have 7 years in.. unhappy.. I trust my partner local. 50% of district. My RD hasn’t even acknowledged me since final interview. So yeah, I don’t trust him and for sure don’t trust NNI above RD. Just complete lack of accountability and basic knowledge of how to run a company . Before judgment, I have coe 2 times.

I started in 2016 (West) first years were great! Covid hit! Restructure happened. Placed with an incompetent DBM who truly never knew how to be a successful rep. Only knows how to ass kiss to everyone in home office. Very self serving, manipulating and 100% passive aggressive. RBD's in the past would be part of the mid year process with each district to gain an understanding of what is going on within each territory. Now, they just ask a DBM who only shows numbers and doesn't have a clue about providers. I always thought it was a waste of time in the past, but now I know why it was so important.
