You have to love the field survey. Saying it is used to gauge business trends. What a joke. We all know it is being used to help collapse territories and eliminate jobs
 






COVID revealed the big truth about the pharmaceutical industry. Field sales teams are all bloated and an outdated selling model. Companies can get the same impact with less reps in a less cost virtual setting. The next two years you will see all sorts of micromanaging programs being done to drive out exhausted reps without having to give severance. Start planning your next career.

Better watch out what you wish for. You work for ALKS my man. If downsizing begins, many of the great reps will be let go. It will be a game of closed room horse trading. Only people who will be safe will be the butt kissers. You know how it works here.
