Any idea when people find out if they get a promotion in the new career ladder program?

My husband actually found out Wednesday that he didn't get

Sorry your husband didn't get promoted. But based on the calculations he would've automatically known by just looking where he was in ranking in performance reviews ,etc last recent years. If he qualified he would have gotten it, totally subjective the way it is set up. You got the points you're automatically in. You dont,you're not promoted.

Yes, new program will be better. No matter what your mgr, cbd, etc. thinks, if you qualify based on the criteria, you get promoted. Its not like they can stop it, or mgrs can't get together and decide who their precious favorites are.

True. But you can also be demoted back down to a level 3 much easier now also. 2 years of poor performance? Stripped and put on a PIP. Enjoy
