How often does your manager do a field ride with you? Ours rarely rides with us but my counterparts and I are constantly hit up by corporate people to ride along. I rode with 3 different corporate people (marketing, growth initiatives and someone from compliance) this Q and they all three told me different things, don’t they talk to each other? Lol asked my manager and he ‍

My manager is still doing virtual field rides. She listens to my lunch presentations to providers over the phone. She does this while driving her kids around to their school and activities all day. My manager hasn't shown up for a field ride in person for years!
