big pharma baby. RD’s have numbers to hit too so this metric equates to time in the field instead of being where needed strategically.

It's not the RDs, it's the know nothing Home Office people in CA wanting to do rep rides to see family, college friends and many bring spouces to use the company for get away trips.
HQ has gone crazy w field rides. They don't listen to us anyway even after seeing w own eyes in the field so stay the hell in woke CA!

This is truth sister! I have had more HQ people from various departments ride with me this year than anytime combined in my 9 yrs with Gilead. It's insane and most of the times they bring a significant other for pre or post stay.

All you do is go out for 3 days and spend 1 hour drinking and the rest so your time visiting friends and family.

WHY does this company waste so much money on field rides from Home Office personnel?? This is ridiculous especially in the COVID business unit.
