Field Reimbursement Jobs Posted in Dec 2017

They are field based and guide the docs with PA's; letters of Medical Necessity etc etc. (Access)
And if the product is a Buy and Bill they will help the docs with the reimbursement part. It is a good job if you are interested in getting into Managed Markets. However, financially the salary and bonus structure is less than sales.

so I'm assuming these jobs may be a little bit more stable than a sales job?

And do these reps have any sales responsibilities? like are they part of a larger sales team?

just curious, I just keep seeing these jobs pop up and im wondering if this might be the beginning of a bigger trend.

Field Reimbursement managers/FRM'S/PAS/Market Acces all terms to describe. Pharma is hiring to make sure there is a firewall between sales and financial piece. Especially seen with buy and bill drug. Assisting office to bill properly, work with HUB who handles savings program, BI, PA.

The turnover in this position in my geography has been extremely high, so I don't know that it is more secure.
I would be careful that you are not put in a situation where there is off-label sales or billing.
