Amazing ! Galderma representatives were given < sorry you are not making Epiduo quota , checks at the last meeting and were told not to discuss it with the other Sales rep's.

It's time to STOP selling . Anybody under 75% of quota YTD August, it is highly

unlikely to make any descent money anymore. The make up provision is skewed against

you. Without 4th quarter goals being released till the end of 4th quarter it's BS to

effectively work in the field. STOP SELLING. it's crap to finish the year strong to set

up for a great start for 2012 . NOT true, the way they calculate quota. Quota is so

unfair an 8th grader could plot it on a chart with the way we are told it's calculated and realize the total imperfection and human

pick and choose flaws.

That is BS we got paid for a record Acne season on our products even though it was below the company goal. Someone has to pay for the 30,000,000 spent on TV advertising. How about all of the people on these marketing teams that present 1-3 slides? we have to pay them as well with the prescriptions

I hope next year is a better one
