Enjoy the town hall meetings.... Just be sure to see everything MV's way and you will be fine. He was virtually hated by all at EBI. Arrogant, patronising, hard headed and elite.
Good luck!
The AVPs and RSMs need someone just like Mr. Valentine. He won't put up with their string of lying emails. They take credit for deals closed by former TMs who have left and roll them up as a new success story. They send emails about things that did not happen to try and set you up for a PIP. They provide no support on lost business only ignore it and take credit for wins they did not help win. They use Orion as a scheme to pin things on you to put you on a PiP....when those things were never discussed as an issue with you by your manager. They send out emails making it look like they attended meetings they did not attend. When all the while my manager has been sitting at home. Welcome to Convatec Mr. Valentine
blah, blah, blah.

OMG. What a horrible mistake, to onboard this loser to run your company.
We had the Devil and his AVPs and RSMs running our company. Mr. Valentine's an upgrade.

It will be interesting to see which young female reporting to Valentine gets promoted from coordinator to director in less than six months.....
Hilarious, but truthful.
Incidentally, LV was brought in from field sales, prior to the advent of MV and MD. She was a noninvasive electrical stimulation PM, not coordinator. Although this is trivial to your point.
"Did" being the operative verb here........
