Federal Prison for Shaun

One MSL, one misinformed statement with no correction leading to a CEO losing his job, 6 mos sentence, 600k fine, 12 mos probation? something sounds suspect.

Ha!

You think that’s the only thing that happened here that was out of compliance?

You’re right about something sounding suspect through. There are MANY things that are suspect about this company.

And there are many things that are suspect about doctors charging cash to access controlled substances despite patients having insurance that covers medical care.

And there are many things that are suspect about the whole “put everyone on Suboxone/OxyContin/Lexapro/insert pharmaceuticalproducthere and keep them on it forever” bullshit philosophy.

It's ironic our guiding principles were developed by a guy sitting in jail. What's even more entertaining is how MC, during his webcast, emphasized ST will be in jail for a "white collar" crime. Like that is different than "real" criminals who go real jail, and who by the way make up a large percentage of our patient population. Nice job privileged white guy. A crime is a crime. It's worse when the crime applies to a corp fat cat.

Agree. Crime is crime. Oh and by the way, MC has just as many skeletons in his closet and 90% of the EC and sub leadership team are greedy bastards only concerned with their 3, 4 and 5X bonus payouts. And, their payout is based on 75-!00% of salary not the standard 15 - 30%. Wonder if ST's slutty girlfriends will try to visit the lying scumbag to provide comfort? Poor baby....sniff sniff

Right? The "white collar" remark was off color. Glad I'm not the only one dumbstruck by MCs poor choice of words. Elitist? Tone deaf? Not aligned with the "Guiding Principles"....which were established by ST. Credibility fail. Whitewashing the crime while ST does the time. So Questionable.
